It's a super-old thread by this point, but this can finally be done easily.
I wrote a program over at https://github.com/Zel-os/MogaSerial/ to fully interface the Moga Pro/Power/Hero with a PC. It enables the otherwise nonfunctional triggers, and also lets the Moga emulate an XBox360 controller to work with newer xinput games.
