Monkeywrench: FREE ReZound/RAZR vs. $300 Galaxy Nexus

Is ICS worth the $300 difference, especially since Razr will also hey ICS upgrade. I think I'd go with Razr for that much difference.

Personally, while I thought the Razr had a great screen and very quick (no lag). it was TOO WIDE and TOO TALL for me. The Rezound felt like a slightly larger, slightly heavier Dinc 2. It felt great in the hands and not too large. I'm pretty sure I could get used to the weight. I'll be interested in seeing the GNex because the specs say it is 0.20 inches taller than the Razr and I thought the Razr was too tall. We'll see. I wasn't too impressed by the video of the snap-off, peel back back cover of the Nexus to get at the battery compartment. Also, all this talk of no USB storage mode (only MTP?) on the Nexus. Was this the case for the Nexus S?

I felt the same way but just about the width. The razr seemed like after awhile of holding it your hand would begin to strain with how wide it was. The rezound felt natural in hand, it was weird I figured being thicker and heavier it would not feel as good in hand, but was I ever wrong.

If you order the Rezound/Razor on November 26th/27th, and the G-Nex is available by December 25th/26th(within 30 day period). you could do an exchange for only the cost of shipping back the Rezound/Razor.

Is it confirmed you can do this? Get the Rezound for a penny, return for the GNEX when it is available on Amazon, only paying to ship the rezound back?

Uhh... I'm sure you'll have to pay a price difference. So if you get Rezound for 1 cent, send it back when Nexus comes out, and Nexus is $299, you'll have to pay 298.99 difference

One risk is... how do you know Amazon will even have the Nexus?

If my memory serves the Nexus is slightly as wide and slightly taller than Razr, if that's the case you probably won't like the Nexus either.

Well with new rumors of the revolution 2 being announced dec 1st with 4.5 true ips hd screen and dual core i am looking at that now and going to decide between that and nexus.
