I wasn't sure if i was going to get this case for this phone as I've done in times past for just about every phone that I've had that the company made this type of case for, but after reading up on it, i figured that i'd check it out for myself. it's slimmed down a lot, the version that i had for the iPhone 8 plus was like carrying a phone and a half, but this...it's in between the Otterbox and a bumper case size wise. It's protection for the screen is similar to the Samsung rugged case, with the defined lip at the top and the bottom of the screen, with very little protection on the sides. There is a cover over the S-pen which is a gift and a curse, and the earphone jack is like 1/4 inch this (estimated). All in all, i really like this case, it doesn't away from the phone, and the ability to always have additional battery power when you need it without carrying around a charge, base, ect... it's a win/win for me!

Does Dex still work?

i dont use dex, but i just found that Android auto doesn't work with this case on, so i doubt that Dex does

That's a bummer. I use Dex every day and am using it right now to type this and wouldn't mind extra battery life.

That's not necessarily true. Can you connect to the computer with the Morphie on it? If so, then you can DeX as well....
