Mophie juice pack

Anyone using a mophie case for their phone? I'm reading mixed reviews. Some sites say they are a god send. Some are saying the case will stop working after a couple days or that the power button on the case causes the phone to boot loop.

I have one on now. I've had it for a month and love it.
I go naked Alot of the time but when I'm going to be out awhile I throw on my mophie.

I have one. I did have some issues with my Juice Pack. Some instances it won't activate when the switch is moved to the "On" position. Even when pressing the status button, none of the LEDs light-up. At that point I thought it was dead, so after plugging it in for 1/2 second, it came back to life and showed that it was fully charged? Another time when I was charging my phone with the Juice Pack, an error message displayed stating that I was using an unapproved device as a power source and that it was recommended to disconnect it. I didn't figure that one out until I saw that the charging indicator light on my One wasn't lit. I do think I might just have a defective unit since the behavior is inconsistent. However, when it's working correctly, I'm more than satisfied. It meets my main criteria of having additional power supplied in an uninterrupted manner.

One more thing I found out is that it's mostly designed to charge the phone from 20% to 80%. I don't think it can do 0% to 100%.

Nope.. It still works with the ir feature and is easier to press.

Hey Johnny! The issue with the power button is usually due to the phone not being correctly seated in the case and the external power button pushing down on the phone's power button. In any case, if there ever were to be issues with the product, we provide a one year warranty on all of our products!

I have one, been using it for the last 2 weeks and absolutely love it.

Some complain about the extra bulk, but I actually prefer it. The phone naked feels like it will fall out of my hands and I'm afraid to put it down for fear of scratching. The Mophie feels solid and great in the hands, plus makes me less nervous about placing it in a surface.

As for the extra battery power, I can now go anywhere knowing I can recharge on the go and I feel like it charges very quickly.

Easily able to go a couple of days now.
