Looks like there are additional leaks in that article below. I am curious about the 3 microphones though?

This phone looks pretty sweet. My OG Droid is on her last leg, so I'll def be in the mix of pre-orders. Anyone else kind of wish they would have overclocked the OMAP 4430 to 1.2 ghz? Just to kind of sweeten or justify the delay, visually? I mean we waited months after the Atrix and Photon to see the same numbers, kind of stinks. Though the general consensus is, the .2ghz is almost meaningless and the extra 512mb of ram is all gravy.

Can't wait till this sucker is in my hands... and ICS in the future!

Yeah the .2 or more is easily obtainable for OC once devs get their hands on it and that extra 512 will make a difference. Since its 1Ghz per core even if you don't root/rom you won't see that drastic of a difference for that .2 Ghz.

YES! 32GB of space is awesome!

I can't wait for this phone now. Zumocast sounds like a good addition, more space, 3 mics for better sound quality...it's shaping up to be EXACTLY what I wanted. Can't say that's ever happened in a device I've wanted. By the time I buy this thing, I should get LTE here in SB within a month or so, so I'll be a real happy nerd . All this justifies a $300 price point if we see that. If it's any cheaper then Motorola and Verizon will really surprise me.

2 of the microphones are on the back and used for active noise cancelling.

So......clearly this device is sitting in it's box, piled high in some warehouse. Why don't they just pull the trigger and announce the device already? It's a lot easier to wait if you know how long, EXACTLY, you have to hang on for. So........what's the vote? Will it be Sept. 1st or 8th?

I like what I read about that zumo app. You can stream from your home computer which would save you SD/internal storage for photos and such instead of music/videos. I also like the wireless print feature, have a Wifi printer at home so if I find something online I want to print from say my email I don't have to lug out my laptop from my backpack I carry to work and set it up, BAM just print it straight from the phone.

not worried about the DHD. Bionic is what I have been waiting for and I dont plan on waiting until Q4 for a new phone. Been waiting since CES for Bionic (both renditions) and will happily get one. It has what I need in it and is a stone throw from release. Besides, with as skinny as the DHD is I would be afraid to snap it in half lol. Its been said before, something is ALWAYS around the corner so if you don't jump on something you never will. I don't think Bionic is a bad stop to get off at on the bus route that is the cellphone world. Besides when 2 years comes around there will be even better devices out there than whats even forcasted now.

Other than the leaked photo of the female showing the phone to some potential VZW employees.... i have not seen one bit of training info. Good call.

In my experience, the only thing they seem to train employees on is how to give out misinformation and how to sound completely clueless.

When the og Droid came out you were called into a room and given 45 minutes to an hour training on the device. Just enough to get some knowledge for the next day release. That was my experience with training back in the day
