More screen trouble - what would you guys do?

Alright so my replacement 6P finally arrived. My first unit had a *very* nonuniform screen, being quite yellow at the top and transitioning to very pink at the bottom. Some backgrounds made this especially obvious.

My replacement 6P has almost perfect screen uniformity *but* it has the coffee stain look to the whites. There seems to be a theory that 6500K is a little yellow, but mine is quite yellow, exactly like a coffee stain on a white piece of paper. Compared to my other phone with identical settings looking at identical backgrounds, it is very obvious in person (seems to be difficult to capture with a photo). Even the "yellow" parts of my original phone are whiter than my new phone.

Another theory is it's the screen adhesive that needs to cure - however the yellow portions of my original phone's screen did no change after a week of use.

So what do you guys think? RMA a third time, or accept that these displays are a little yellow? My gut tells me to RMA since it was immediately noticeable without even comparing it to another phone, but since there is a very high chance of my third RMA having issues, will google pass me off to Huawei and start another round of headaches on phone #4?

Phone 1 with a horribly uneven screen (yellow top/pink bottom) has a build date of Oct 24.

Phone 2 with a very uniform, but very yellow screen has a build date of Oct 27.

Both are 32GB Graphite.

Thoughts? Thanks!

The longer I look at it, maybe it isn't as bad as I think. I'm going to use it for a day or so and see if it bothers me. A co-worker also has one, I am going to try compare it to his phone tomorrow. Its *definitely* on the warm side, but whether or not it's defective is hard to say if I'm being objective as possible. The white background here on Android Central on my PC is *very* white, so when I look back at my phone, it looks quite yellow. When I don't have a direct comparison it doesn't look as bad. What to do, what to do.

On it's own, it looks not bad, compared to other devices, it becomes much more obvious.

I called google and they said I can get hassle free new-product replacements until December 3. After that it would be a refurb.

Unless something is wrong with my eyes, mine is uniform and the whites are great. I'd RMA it.

Mine had some variation in the whites, at least that's where I noticed it. Either it's gone or I don't notice it now, either way I don't care. Mine looks great. If it yours bothers you, then swap it out.

Thanks for the input guys. Woke up this morning to look at it with fresh eyes and the whites look quite good (I swear it's got less yellow after a few hours use but it could be in my head). The rest of the phone is also flawless, and the screen is perfectly uniform, so I will most likely hang onto this one. For the record, google was more than happy to swap it out with another brand new unit until Dec 3, so they were reasonable and willing to help. The whites only look yellow when compared to a "cooler" device. I also noticed my Nexus 9 is very much on the cool side (a noticeable but not offensive cool blue tint), so I'm thinking more and more that my eyes are used to screens closer to 7000K. I may have overreacted, but I've got a few days to decide. Thanks again.
