Moto 360: Battery Life Expectations

Good point. And with the onboard fusion reactor, it can power your smartphone, too!

In the article about the new charging dock, the guy who has one (Luca Viscardi) states he is getting around 2.5 days out of the battery. And in one of the pictures of the back of the watch, it mentions stainless steel, IP67 rating (water resistant), pedometer, and optional heart rate sensor (don't know how it could be optional unless you'd have to add it in MotoMaker). If all this is true, it will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.

Think you meant optical heart rate sensor and yep it'll have all of those features! My wallet is ready! :)

Zooming in on the pic, that is what it appears to be, nice catch and definitely makes more sense. I too am ready. I'm debating what to do for phone though. I like the X mostly, but I like the Maxx's battery. If they end up putting the Maxx battery in the new X that would be awesome. What I'm hoping for out of the new X is Maxx battery, SD card slot, and camera on par with the competition (I know the X can take good pics, but it does seem that it's more dependent on lighting than other cameras). That along with a shiny silver 360 and I'm good.

This guy is probably getting sued like crazy by Motorola for leaking this stuff. I mean he had to have an nda right?

That or paid by the Motorola marketing group. As summer drifts on the anticipation of a device that is to be released this summer can start to wane. Now with a rumored fall release and other competitors hinting of their products (Apple, one plus) I would think that Motorola wants to keep up the hype on the 360. In this litigious society, I have to believe that alot of the leaks we see are either sanctioned by manufacturer or known ahead of time they will turn a blind eye.
