moto 360 sport edition! watch strap mod

I am going to try and use my #moto #360 a lot got sport purposes, but I don't want to subject the leather strap to a lot of sweat. I found this watch strap on Amazon and it seemed to be a good fit to mod for the watch. I just used a exacto knife to cut into the strap to allow for the end to fit into the watch's recessed area. some straps I ordered were too thick. This was thin enough to fit in.


I dunno why all the photos are sideways, but you get the point.

It came pretty quickly, but maybe cuz it's close to where I am.
It's a good strap. I'd love to get a polyurethane resin one, like the ones for G-Shock watches. I bought a black one, but it didn't fit. It was way too thick. It feels good though, and does the job. I like the shade of gray as well. I like the feel of the leather more, of course, but I don't like the idea of leather on my wrist after a long run.

this WON'T fit. way too thick. Although I like the look of this one a lot.

I can't wait until some more OEM's make straps!

Exactly why I did it. Too bad it isn't easier to change the band. I'd like a dress band and a sport band. But I do like the looks of this one I did.
