[Moto 360 Sport] Screen off

When I take out my watch from the charger, I realized the screen was flickering and not respond to commands.It reset itself a few times and didn't keep the screen turned on. I did a restore, but the problem persists. Througout the day the situation worsened and now the screen not turn on. Holding the button, I realized that it's on.
Has anyone had this problem?

Yes! Multiple times! I am on my 4th replacement watch and it just died this evening after 6 days of usage. They won't give me my money back because it was purchased in January. I have a 2 yr warranty but I am not looking forward to having to send the watch back continually. Longest a watch has lasted was 2 and a half weeks.
