Moto 360 stuck at pairing screen?!?!?!

Stuck at 3rd pairing screen (see image) after numerous factory reset and can't pair with phone, although phone says it is paired but watch won't go beyond this pairing screen! Tried everything (uninstall - clear cache, data, re-install android wear, unpair bluetooth ), but no progress. Any advice? thanks!

It might be that the problem is that on this screen the watch does not show the code - it is empty. I tried usual 0000 but it doesn't work... Am puzzled, what code to enter....

Go into your bluetooth settings on your phone.
Unpair the watch (delete it) Then turn off BT.
Wait a few seconds turn BT back on.
Then go to android wear app and select pair new watch.
IF you already have it paired in the app, delete it from the app or select pair new watch.
