Moto (Assist) - doesn't auto reply to texts

My 2013 Moto X could be set to auto reply to texts while driving with a custom message, yet I don't seem to have that option in my 2014/2nd Generation model. Am I missing something here or did they take away a valuable feature? I know there are other apps available that can do that, but seems like it should still be built into Moto (Assist).
