Question Samsung A50 freeze then stuck on the logo screen

My A50 froze and i dont know how i got to turn it off. I couldnt turn it on again so I looked online and tried the volum down + power. It turned on but it got stuck on the screen wwith just the logo and then nothing.
I tried the volume up + power to get to the recovery mode but its not working.
I plugged it to my cumputer, the charging logo appears, then i unplug it and the charging logo is still here.
I would really appreciate some help ! Thank you

I bought it from my wireless carrier, in Ireland, 7 years ago.

OK, just wanted to make sure it's a legit device. There are lots of knockoffs being sold on questionable websites these days. Considering it's that old, there's a good chance the hardware is simply failing, unfortunately.

Do you think there is no chance for me to save some thingd? like my photos?
