Moto display issue

My phone just started doing something crazy. When I turn off the screen the time is popping up for a second then going off then coming back on for a second and repeating every 4 second. I turned off Moto approach setting and still doing it. Any idea's?

Just the usual advice. Reboot. Empty that app's cache. Put it into safety mode and see if it does that. Try in that order.
