moto e 2nd gen no lcd backlight

ive got moto e 2nd gen and there is no backlight I tried a factory reset and the backlight still didn't come on. any solutions

Welcome to Android Central! The backlight probably failed. Bring it to a repair shop (or contact Motorola, if it's still under warranty).
