Moto e plus - during calls, it happens that I mute the calls or end them with my ear.

The light on the screen turns off during the call, but somehow I press mute every single time. What to do, please help. I couldn't find any option related to this in my phone. Thanks.

If the screen turns off, you can't press anything. There's something else wrong with the phone. Bring it to a repair shop.
