Moto E3 Power charging issue

My phone doesn't charge after using OTG pendrive i.e when I connect my pen-drive with the phone and then plug the phone for charging, it doesn't charge. In order to start the charging again i need to switch of and switch on the phone. Is anyone facing this issue?? And is there any solution to it.

Hello,

Observed similar issue when charging the battery with 15% left. This is my second time observing this issue. Mobile doesn't charge until rebooting it.
