Moto E4 Plus can't USB File Transfer

I'm a new Android developer and I bought a new Moto E4 Plus, everything is fine but when I connected the phone to my PC to use it to test my App it just doesn't apeared in the list of devices to use, so I noticed that in the options of the USB modes in the phone it was in only charge, but when i tried to chage it to a File Transfer it just poped and closed the menu without changing nothing.
I have android 7.1.1 and i have Android Studio 3.2
