MOTO G 3rd 2015 Home, Recents and Back buttons bar BUG when opening Chrome!

Hello eveyrone!

I've been watching a Moto G 3rd 2015 bug when opening Google Chrome Browser, the bar flashes 1 sec with the wallpaper screen. Here's the video to explain:

The moment I open the task disappears for 1 second as you can see in the video, and when I'm closing anything in the 'Recents' you can see a black shadow on the buttons, dunno if it's normal or something is faulty.

Can someone say if it's normal?

I looked at that video a few times, and I'd say the nav buttons disappear for maybe a small fraction of a second, not a full second. It's hardly noticeable.
