My Moto G 3rd temperature goes to 40C just with a little of gaming and moving some apps to the SD card, is it normal?

I can't say for sure but if it is then mine was also. And I've heard other complaints about the same issue so its probably normal.

Change my Charger?

I'm using my iPhone Charger : INPUT : AC 100-240V
50-60 Hz OUTPU: 5V --- 1.0A

Is your phone getting hot only while charging or also when unplugged? Does this happen when running some specific apps?

You could check your battery stats just in case any app shows up with an unusual high percentage. Moving apps (well, just a portion of them) to the SD card is not very recommended. Maybe that's the origin of the problem.

It's average. My Nexus 7 2012 gets to 70°C and above after some gaming.
