Moto G: Display Problem

I bought my moto g in less than a week. My screen showed some distortions where the font is faded and sometimes a letter is missing when I'm using chrome or other browsers, this also includes instagram app (occasionally). I don't know whether this is a hardware or software issue. I have attached the screenshots in this post. Other than that, everything is just perfect for me. What should I do?

I don't know whether its normal for all moto g users. I mean does everyone face the same problem as well? And do you know a way to fix that? Sorry man, I'm still new at this haha.

I'm not sure it's 'normal' coz I wudnt be happy with it....nor am I happy with it....Good news: it's likely a software problem....should be easily fixable....

How to fix it? If enough users are getting the issue....Motorola will likely update Kit Kat to 4.4.XX to address the issue....let's all wait it out!!!
