Moto G Fast error - "Modem Services Keep Stopping"

This error starting happening a few weeks ago. It could be I have a bad app. I usually just ignore it and the phone seems to mostly work except for some apps will not load and I can't seem to move stuff to my internal formatted 128 SD card. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Hopefully it doesn't have to do with a corrupt SD card -- this is the problem with formatting an SD card as internal storage, because if something happens to the card (which is not unusual, since SD cards are less reliable than onboard memory, and have a shorter read-write lifespan), that can cause problems with apps and even the system.

How often is this happening? If it's frequent, test it in Safe Mode, to see if the problem has to do with a 3rd party app: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/motorola/motorola-moto-g-fast/safe-mode/
