Moto G stuck in Bootloop

my moto g stuck in bootloop

fastboot
recovery and facatory reset also not working..

how can i fix this ?

moto g 4.4.2 kitkat version

I got my Moto G from Consumer Cellular. When it started getting stuck on boot up I called them. We went to settings (one of the apps) and selected backup & reset. From that menu we did a Factory data reset. Eventually the phone booted up and seemed fine. Next time I turned it off and restarted it went into the same boot loop. I called Consumer Cellular and they are sending a new phone.
