So I did a water test on my Moto G the other day because it's supposed to be "water resistant." It survived the first day of the water test, but the next day, the touch screen isn't working. I would like to know how to fix this. I don't really know anything about digitizers. It would be awesome if someone could help me out on this. Thanks. :)

The Moto G is NOT rated for water resistance. Not sure what the extent of the damage is, but you should have turned off the phone as soon as you saw that it wasn't working. You might be out of luck if the phone is still being used.

Do you guys know what's wrong with my phone and how to fix it?

It's hard to say as water damage could damage anything and everything within the device. It's probably not worth replacing parts. Instead, get a replacement.

You've short circuited something in your phone. It could be any number of things. Without actually taking the phone apart and testing individual components, no one will be able to tell you what exactly is wrong. To fix it, you would need to determin which piece(s) of hardware failed, purchase replacements, and switch out the components. Or pay someone to do that. Again, without physically disassembling your device, none of us will be able to tell you exactly which parts failed. Given the cost of the Moto G and the cost of labor to repair phones, you are likely better off buying a new one.
