Moto g4 plus XT1642 Device detected as moto G4 instead of G4+ RETEU

Hello,

I have a big problem, my fingerprint and dual sim is not working anymore on stock. The device detects my phone as a G4 not G4 Plus.

I have tried many firmwares but it all seems to make no difference.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried flashing the prior ROM to get everything working again?
