Moto G5 plus - screenshot captured icon missing

[Android Central Question]

Moto G5 plus stock - whenever I take a screenshot, the icon that used to immediately appear on the bar at the top of the screen has disappeared. I know I now also have the Google screenshot assist feature and I have tried toggling that on and off, but the capture icon simply no longer appears (the screenshot is saved on its appropriate folder though.) Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! I wonder if you might have turned off notifications for that particular system app. I'm not sure which app it would be, though -- you could try going to Settings>Apps, tapping Menu, then Reset All App Preferences.

Check the screenshot settings in moto actions. It can be found in your apps drawer under the app called moto.
