12Mp Sony IMX260 (f/1.7)

Moto G5 Plus has almost same camera that is inside Rs 45,000 Galaxy S7 : Features, News - India Today

Although Motorola is yet to reveal all the camera details of the Moto G5 Plus, the reason why it is calling this phone best in class when it comes to photos performance is its image sensor and the lens. The camera uses the Sony-made IMX 260 image sensor that clicks 12-megapixel images. Or is it IMX 262, which is very similar, complete with the same 1.4 micron pixel size? This is also a sensor that supports dual-pixel auto focus, something that Galaxy S7 also does, so that users don't miss a moment due to slow camera. The same image sensor is used in Galaxy S7.
