Moto G7 Power - Unlock with PIN without pressing enter

[Android Central Question]

I just recently got the Moto G7 Power which has much more stock android than I am used to, having come from using 3 straight Samsung phones.

On Samsung you can type in the PIN and it will auto-unlock. With stock/Motorola, I have to type in the PIN and then press enter/check/confirm.

Not a huge time waster, but if it's possible to get rid of that extra button in any way I'd love to hear about it!

No way to do that other than to use a Custom ROM that doesn't have that (and has replaced the lockscreen with something different).

You could use a Pattern instead of PIN. I use a Pattern unlock and no extra buttons to push (Moto Z2 Force, Z2 Play and Droid Turbo). Just a thought.
