Moto go 5 keeps restarting over and over after download of Update (Dec 1-2018)

No issues before downloaded new update (prompted to update on phone-today Dec 1, 2018). Motorola G5 keeps restarting and gets to where it asks to enter PIN and restarts, and again asks for to PIN and restarts...over and over. Attempted to go to Factory Mode- and when select that- it restarts and again back to asking for PIN and restarts over and over...again, no issues before the download of update. Thanks

See if your carrier can reflash the update - only the update, not the ROM. Some carriers can, some can't. If they can't, if you got the update OTA (you didn't manually install it yourself from a file you downloaded), call the carrier, ask for tech support and ask them how they're going to fix the issue. It's not a warranty issue, it's a liability issue - their update, which you had no control over accepting, broke your phone. (No less a carrier than AT&T had to replace one of my phones because of that.)
