I realize this is the Moto X forum but I'm going to post this here since there is no dedicated forum for it and it is advertised as seamless connectivity with the Moto X.
First off, I like it, a lot. Can't say I love it for one issue only. The volume for text message and call receiving is too low. If this gets fixed with an update (hoping for), 5 stars easy. The volume for everything else is not only loud enough, but at times too loud. Everything else being Google Maps navigation voice instructions, audio media, Google queries, etc... I drive a lot for work and used it for navigating to an unfamiliar area. Worked flawlessly.
Audio Pass through. A feature I was intrigued by but can't tell if it really does anything or not. This is turned on in the settings. If I put the Hint in my ear all the way, I can hear the texts/calls ok but then I can only hear the outside world through one ear pretty much.
Wakeup phrase and replying to texts using voice. This works flawlessly. Caller on the other end has no problem hearing me.
Battery life and connection. Can't really comment on the battery life but I have used it for two full days and on a single charge, every time I stick it in my ear, it tells me I have more than three hours of talk time remaining. Hasn't dropped Bluetooth connection yet and it's very good with detecting and turning on/off when I stick it in my ear and take it out. If you take it out to take a cal with the phone, you have to make sure not to cover the speaker or it will think its in your ear and continue the call on the Hint. You can also use it as a trusted device.
I really like the carry case/charger. This earpiece is small and easy to lose. It fits nicely in the ear and shaking my head will not jar it loose. Comfort is great with it. It is noticeable in the ear but not ad much as a traditional earpiece. It is definitely more inconspicuous
Final thoughts. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. Got it for about $104 with the Cyber Monday promo code with my Moto X. Only concerns are the low call/text volume (which I'm going can be fixed with an update) and the audio pass through which I didn't really have high expectations for anyway. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Will update as/if things change but in the meanwhile, I will be happy to answer any questions with the utmost honesty.
