Aren't the Canadian Moto Xs assembled in China? If that continues, I doubt Canada would get Moto Maker access.

Depends on how much you need a phone right now. I have not heard any rumors about moto maker in Canada. I would guess there would be a price drop before Xmas maybe even by Thanksgiving.

I doubt we will see Moto Maker in Canada. I have also already seen the Moto X for free on 2 year contract locally. Its not something official through Rogers but several dealers have offered it.

Looks like the $0 at Best Buy is on new accounts. Buts it's down to $99 for existing customers.
