Moto stopped reading my SD card

So out of the blue my phone decided to stop reading my SD card. It's a sandisk 120gb.
I cleared cache and data in apps and it helped but after an hour it would not read it again. Like I have nothing on it. I have over 1300 pictures on my card.

First, backup your images to somewhere...cloud or a computer. Second, unmount the card, remove from phone and place in a computer. It may ask you to scan/repair the card...let it do it. You can also run "chkdsk" (assuming Windows) on the card. You can also reformat it if you like (once it's all backed up). I suspect that your card is on the way to failure so it may be worth getting a new one. Many cards will actually lock themselves into write-only when they fail to allow recovery of any data without allowing the card to be written to (in order the prevent further issues). At that point, the card is dead.
