Moto X 2014 32 gb moto x

Will the carriers or Best Buy sell the new moto x with 32 gb or do you have to buy that through moto maker? I have looked at AT&T'S and Best Buy's Web sites and all they show are the 16 gb versions but I was wondering if the 32 gb versions will show up once it officially releases tomorrow.

My understanding is that the carriers will only get the 16gig version in store. However I could be wrong.
