Moto X 2014 Moto Voice accuracy

Anybody else having problems with their Moto X responding unintentionally to their voice? My wife set her hot phrase to "Hello Moto X, wake up". The problem is that it is constantly turning on even when not using that phrase. Anybody with any tips?

No problem with mine... but I use a fairly simple phrase: "Hello Computer"

It's supposed to be more accurate the longer the phrase. Originally she had Hello Moto X, but it didn't respond a lot of the times.

Too long is bad as well, they suggest 5 syllables.

Mine is "OK Hildabeast" works like a charm.

You have to make sure you record this phrase in a totally silent place. Because it records everything when you do it, background noise included. So if you recorded background noise when to did the phrase, any similar background noise could trigger the action.
