Has anyone been having issues with Moto Voice? I tried setting mine up and when it got to the point of having to type my phrase in, the phone completely froze. I had to do a hard reset and after that, I was unable to set it up. My phone just kept freezing and I get a message saying "Moto Voice stopped responding." Eventually, I did a factory reset and went through the process of setting it up again. It worked fine ONCE and then began to freeze again. My phone gets a black screen any time I try to launch the app.

I spoke with Motorola and they walked me through several steps of force stopping voice, wiping the Dalvik Cache and doing another factory reset. After a couple of hours of dealing with them, they've decided to send me a replacement phone. Very frustrating! My phone is not rooted. I don't think it was a specific app causing the problem but I'm not entirely sure. Just curious if anyone else had any similar issues?

No problems with mine. I think it is a good idea to return yours.

I'm having the exact same problem with mine. The black screen. The unresponsiveness. It just flat out won't work which is a major pain which one of the main reasons I bought this phone to begin with.

Have you updated the moto apps in the play store? After I did that, everything started to work properly.

I think the Verizon guy did that and reset something but it's working fine. I'm having fun with the phone so far. I'm not in love with it, but I also wasn't in love with my iPhone either. :)
