Moto X 2014 Transferring upgrades and Moto maker

Anyone successfully do that? I won't settle for a 16 gig phone. But you can't get the 32 from Verizon and they won't swap the dates over the phone. Any ideas?

Perhaps you can buy the 16gb directly from Verizon using the transferred eligibility and then immediately return it. Presumably the eligibility would stay attached to your phone number after that. If you can, I'd do this at a Verizon store, get a manager and make it clear what you want to accomplish. Get them to pull motomaker up at the store and place the 32gb order with them witnessing. Good luck.

I found the 32 gig on the iconic portal online but by the time I go for it they pulled it off. In another thread someone has post the sku for the 32gb moto maker so I'm gonna search when I get home later

If you know how to order by SKU online, let me know. I went to verizonwireless website and searched for the SKU and it just returned documentation, no products.

I did this yesterday in-store. Told them I wanted to purchase a PIN to use on the MotoMaker site to get the Moto X. They have not done this very often, so it did take a while. Had to search for the SKU on the computer. It turned out to be "MOTXT1096MM32". Transferred upgrade from Unlimited Data Plan line to a Tiered Data Plan line and then paid for the phone + upgrade fee + tax. They had to go do a few more things on the computer and then an email from Motorola was sent to me that had the PIN in it.
Went home and went to MotoMaker and entered the PIN to customize and order the phone.
