I have a chance to get a brand new Moto x (2nd gen, 32g, Verizon) at a very good price however because of limited funds I would have to sell my zenfone 2 (4g ram, 64g storage) to afford it. Have any of you compared or used these two phones. The main thing in favor is the Moto can go on the Verizon network.
What's everybody's opinion?

I would say they are fairly close in performance, you lose some ram and some storage. The real question is how badly you need to be on Verizon. Myself I prefer t-mo but it depends on the coverage in your area.

I don't think it's a bad trade if you need to be on verizon for whatever reason

Save your money, stick with the zenfone 2. I had that exact phone and it had worse battery, worse, camera, and the non-expandable storage can be annoying.

I had the Moto X for about a week. It was nice, but battery life was just terrible for me. With the ZF2, you get equal of better performance, way better battery life in my experience, a better camera, and more storage. Stick with the ZF2.
