Moto X Back Cover Uneven Surface

I noticed on my 16GB Verizon black moto x that the back cover plate is uneven and bumpy. It's as if the cover plate is so thin you can see the cover conforming to the components underneath. It's easier to feel this than see it, but if you hold it up to the light you can see this too, namely near the dimpled M logo aside the buttons.

Anyone noticed this yet? I'm surprised Motorola didn't make the cover just a tiny bit thicker to prevent that.

My phones cover makes a sound when moving your finger across the Verizon logo. Like it isn't glued down all way or something. A friend's phone does the same.

joggy, that's exactly it. It's not a tuma! The phone is not even 2 weeks old and I noticed it today. Dunno if it's worth the hassle of replacing it, but I'm sure they would.
