Moto X can't hear me say "listen" when using Assist while driving!

I have this problem! It drives me nuts. And as far as I can tell it is a real bug. I would even be happy if anyone on this forum had an idea of who to address. Motorola or Google?

I thinks it's a lag between Bluetooth combined with the loudness in the car that causes this for me. I get best results when I say listen very loudly and just before Moto is done telling me what to do.

I have to scream "listen" so loud that my kids think I have lost it. And only then will it capture it half the time. It has nothing to do with noise in the car, it has everything to do with being on Bluetooth. If I'm driving and not on Bluetooth it hears me say listen to the phone just fine, road noise or no noise. But when it's on Bluetooth is when it fails.
