Moto X - force gpu rendering

any one enabled force gpu rendering in developer options? does it speed anything on the x ?

Where is that setting? I want to turn off the window animations but cant find where that setting is and a search for that here doesn't give me that answer??

It is in developer options, which is hidden as of 4.2. To enable it, you have to go to Settings>About Phone>and press Build Number (or Kernel, I dont remember) a few times. Now go back, and you will see Dev Options in your settings. To answer the OP, I haven't tried it, but I haven't felt any need to try to speed up my moto x.
