Moto X: Navionics Boating App won't run

Just wondering if anyone has the Navionics Boating app loaded and if it is working. It seemed to load ok on my Moto X but when I try to start it up I get the message, Unfortunately, Boating has stopped.

Navionics v3.1 starts/works fine on my X v4.4.2

Thanks for the reply MrSnoid. I am glad to hear this app will work on the Moto X with android 4.4.2 that is what I have loaded. I downloaded the Navionics Boating Version 3.1 app which seemed to go fine until I start the app up and click on the I Agree screen, I see the message, "Initializing please wait" and then I get a window stating, "Unfortunately, Boating has stopped." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times with no luck getting it to work. I sent an email to Navionics to see if they have any suggestions or advice on how to get this app working.
