Does anyone know with Cricket Wireless if I should pick up the AT&T model (XT1058)? Is there any issues using it with Cricket? Or would the unlocked XT1053 be better, even though I lose an AT&T LTE Band it seems.

I'm currently using the unlocked version on cricket and it actually shows up for me that I am getting 4g lte. I would say just get the unlocked version.

Correct, I also have a AT&T unlocked device, and was originally hooked to AIO, then when the transition to AIO and Cricket happened it moved seamlessly to Cricket with no issues. I also get LTE no issues and also connect to all AT&T WiFi hotspots automatically ;)

I just activated a Moto X (XT 1053) on Cricket and it gets LTE in central New Jersey.
