FYI, I just uninstalled the SHADOW THEME icon pack because I'm 99% sure it was responsible for this:

I recently started getting adds showing up on my home screen, over apps, pretty much everywhere. They were annoying the heck out of me. I tried a dozen different things (malware scans, push detectors, uninstalling recently added apps) and finally I noticed that the SHADOW THEME was showing significant battery usage and some data usage. Uninstalled it and the add disappeared.

I've been using SHADOW THEME for a couple months, and this just started. The last update was Jan 25, so I'm not sure what caused it to start throwing popups this week, but if anyone else is using SHADOW THEME and sees adds coming up like this, it's probably time to rethink your theme. Unfortunate, because I liked the look better than any of the other free options.
