Debating between these two phones. Love Moto's voice actions and front facing speakers but also love the V10's camera and fingerprint sensor. Deal on Moto X ends today and deal on V10 ends soon. Any advice?

They are both great phones, but with the Amazon deal for today, at $US349 for 32Gb MXPE, that is a phenomenal price for a great phone.

I personally chose the Moto X PE for stock Android. I've used an LG phone before and despised its skin.

The problem with my MXPE is that, even though it's almost stock Android, it requires a SIM to operate on the carriers. The updates, therefore, still depend on the carriers. I'm with T-Mobile and still waiting on 6.0. Some phones, namely the Nexus 6 are already receiving 6.0.1 OTA. Yes, you can pull the SIM and do the update, but then you may have to do other things to avoid problems. One of the reasons I purchased the phone was quicker updates. Now that that's no longer an advantage....

Strange. I am on a T-Mobile and I am on a android 6.0.

I really, REALLY, like the v10 but I'm sticking with the MXPE because of the software. I LG software isn't for me.

Read up on the release.. There's no difference between the ota via WiFi versus ota via the carriers... Just pull the sim and update ...
