Moto X Turning of When Disconnected From Charger

I recently bought my Moto X(used) AT&T and it worked completely fine. Today I came to charge the phone and when fully charged, I disconnect the charger and the phone shuts off. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix to this?

Does this happen with all chargers or one particular charger?

That has never happened to me. That sounds like a serious problem. I'd report it to Motorola, and see if a factory reset does the trick, or if you need a new phone.

I recently am now having random reboots added with the phone turning off when I unplug it.
