Moto X2 micro usb to hdmi cable?

Hey guys i have a pioneer appradio3 and i would like to try my appradio mode but there is no mhl on this phone..so i wan't to see if it would work with a micro usb to hdmi cable not mhl..

i can't seem to find some without mhl...

so first off would the cable work ?and were to buy?

is it a 5 pin?

Well, research online for your product !! currently i am using this 3ft Micro USB Male Coil Cable, through which i can easily connect my Phone to my HDTV!!
