This, if it comes at all, seems to be a long way off, releasing towards the end of the year. Rumours suggest a 5.2" 1080p device, FPS, dual rear 12mp and 8mp cameras, a 16mp rear camera, and 3D glass. Speaking personally, I'd prefer a low-res front camera - very low - and flat glass, since 3D glass immediately makes screen protectors a problem; but that's just me.
