Moto Z2 play updates issues

Which carrier are you on, and did you get the phone from that carrier, or bring it from somewhere else?
 
Which wireless carrier is the phone on?

Did you get your phone from that carrier, or was the phone originally sold by a different carrier? The reason I ask this is because a carrier-specific phone (e.g., a Verizon-branded Moto Z2 Play) usually has to be on that carrier's network to get the official system update over the air. If you brought a Verizon Z2 Play to some other carrier like AT&T, it might not get the official update over the air.
 
I bought this mobile from local retail shop and service provider company for telecommunications n internet is Airtel.
 
Ok, and what's the exact model number of the phone? You can find it in ​Settings>About Phone.
 
Are you sure there's even an official update since the February one? I can't find any mention on the web about a more recent one.
