motoactv problems on the maxx

I setup motocast, is the motocast and motoactv id's the same, I can't log in with the cell or website, motocast is connecting to the computer and I am able to share content, but I cant get motoactv to work or log in. any suggestions?

never used it before either, saw it had a golf feature , 100% stock not rooted
