Motorola Customer Service doesn't understand my order status

I took tomorrow off work. I swear it wasn't because my 360 was supposed to be delivered.

I chatted with Motorola customer service tonight because I can't see my order status and had not even received a ship notice for a planned delivery of 9/24.

My status has been ready to ship for days now. It still says est delivery 9/24. Even though it is two day delivery and it hasn't shipped.

But customer service knows nothing, so I have to call in the AM. UGH.
 
Moto customer service sucks. Tomorrow, I will be cancelling my order since I already had one delivered by Best Buy today. Motorola still can't figure out the status of my order from last week.

Thats horrible and hope it works out for you. I ordered last Tuesday when they restocked it at noon EST and had got an email on Mo day saying it shipped and will receive it tomorrow.

I ordered at 12:09pm CST last Tuesday, I was hitting refresh on the stock screen from noon. The money on my AMEX statement on Wednesday, not just a pending charge.

I'm tempted to cancel, too, given these ridiculous delays.
 
Good luck trying to cancel. I've tried to can both my orders (1 black, 1 gray) and every moto rep says its too late to cancel even though my order hasn't shipped. I placed the order last Tuesday right at 12:05pm CST and tried to cancel two days later on Thursday and have getting the run around since. Moto reps told me to wait for the orders to arrive then just return them.....

I got a shipping notice this morning. I am getting the stone leather version tomorrow.

I ordered the 19th with an arrival date of the 25th. I never got shipping notification so I called them yesterday. They said it wouldn't ship until the 7th for arrival on the 9th. They never notified me it would be delayed. I canceled my order but haven't received my refund yet. The rep said he could not cancel it but he said his supervisor would be cancelling it and that I should see a refund within 24 hours. I may have to file a dispute of charges.

Of course the problem is, his supervisor is his wife sitting next to him at the kitchen table in Pakistan. The whole Motorola experience has been a cluster for me. Did finally get mine though.:D
