Motorola Droid Turbo WiFi not Turning on

I have a droid turbo. It worked fine until now the wifi has stopped working. I checked out and found that the settings is not even showing it's ip address, mac address wifi address etc. It says: turning wifi on while the button is off and inactive.

What could be the possible issue with it?
